Miley Cyrus Plays Nicholas Sparks The Last Song

The Queen of Tweens Miley Cyrus is saying goodbye to her Hannah Montana persona and saying hello to more “serious” role starting with The Last Song. The Last Song is a movie adaptation of the novel written by the best-selling author Nicholas Sparks with the same title. Nicholas Sparks is known for his books “A Walk To Remember” and “The Notebook” which also becomes blockbuster movies.

This is the first serious role for Miley Cyrus. The Last Song is a movie about coming of age drama that tells the story about family, first love, second chances, and the moments in life that lead you back home. Miley team up with her real life boyfriend Liam Hemsworth on this movie. The movie also stars Bobby Coleman, Kelly Preston, Greg Kinnear, Nick Lashaway, Carly Chaikin, Adam Barnett and many more.

The Last Song is directed by Julie Anne Robinson. The movie premiere will be held in Los Angeles, California on March 25, 2010. The Last song is schedule for a wide release on March 31, 2010 on regular theaters. You can also watch The Last Song online.
